An outreach ministry of Gateway Covenant Church.
Located in Access Place, The Gate is a safe place for at-risk populations in Prince Albert. Staffed by Associate Pastor Linea Lanoie and the health region's HIV Peer Mentors, The Gate is a resource centre and a point of contact with medical & community services.
The Gate is pleased to be able to return to programming in the centre. Meals will be served in conjunction with programs inside the facility. Programming options may include: health information sessions, cultural programs, sharing circles, movies, arts & crafts, and a clothing depot.

Prince Albert, SK S6V 1G1
As The Gate returns to offering in-centre options, meal service will also move into the building. Meals and snacks will be served in conjunction with daily program inside The Gate only.
Mornings focus on connections: with staff, peer mentors, or Pastor Linea. Afternoons offer different activities that empower clients' long-term success.
Men's and women's socks are a constant need at The Gate. Our clients walk a lot and are in need of clean, quality socks. Donations of shoes are also welcome!
Food donations such as pasta, pasta sauce, ramen noodles, beans, lentils, and corn help us to prepare meals to be served with our daily programs.
Donations of shampoo and lotion are needed at this time. Travel-sized containers are best. You can also donate empty prescription bottles, which are re-filled with hygiene supplies.
Purses, bags, and backpacks are also needed as plastic bags can not be distributed. Hygiene bags provide an important public health service.
